Return & Refund Policy

Because every Homestead Flag is handmade to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Each piece is built specifically for you, which means once it leaves Raymond's workshop, it cannot be restocked or resold. That said, we take the quality of every flag we build extremely seriously and we never want you to receive something you're not happy with. If your flag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, no hassle. We put our name on every piece that leaves this workshop, and we intend to keep that standard with every single order we fulfill.
